Using the National Maintenance Agreements
The priority under the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee program is to provide skilled craft personnel and competent contractors to safely perform various types of industrial maintenance work – from quick turnarounds to major upgrade programs – on all types of industrial and industrial related facilities through out the United States.
Moreover, the NMA is a tool to assist owners in performing ongoing maintenance work by providing a level playing field for skilled craft workers to get work done safely, efficiently, economically and on schedule to allow production facilities to continue operating with minimal disruptions.
Like any tool, the more you learn how to use it, the more effective that tool can become, and, more importantly, the better the tool works.
