Fourth Notice: Administrative Fee Invoices for 2023

Fourth notice invoices have been mailed to all NMAPC signatory contractors on June 29, 2023 who have not yet paid their 2023 Administrative Fees.

Administrative fees were due on January 31.

IMPORTANT: Contractors will not be able to file site extension requests until all fees have been paid.

To pay your administrative fees with a credit card, please login to www.NMAPC.org and select the link "Pay Admin Fees," located in the yellow bar below the large homepage image.

You can also pay via check, make checks payable to "NMAPC" and mail to: NMAPC, 1501 Langston Blvd., Suite 202, Arlington, VA 22209-1145. For payment by ACH see the details at the bottom of your invoice.

Please be advised, administrative fees that remain outstanding will continue to accrue a 10% late fee on each late notice.

The National Maintenance Agreements are considered evergreen agreements, meaning that they automatically renew each year. If you wish to terminate participation in the agreements, you must do so online by logging in to www.NMAPC.org and selecting the link "Terminate NMA," located in the yellow bar below the large homepage image. If you do not terminate your National Maintenance Agreement(s), your company will continue to incur administrative fees for which you will be invoiced.

The NMAPC has moved to an electronic invoicing system and has phased out paper invoices. It is critically important that we have an up-to-date email for your primary and or billing contact(s). Either update your billing contact on our website www.NMAPC.org or contact us at info@nmapc.org or (703) 841-9707 to make updates, or if you need us to reset your password.

Questions can be directed to the Director of Operations Ben Cahoon at (703) 841-9707 x118, or to Mel Jones at (703) 841-9707 x110.
