Important Update: New TAUC & NMAPC Database Launched

We are excited to announce the launch of our new TAUC & NMAPC database,
which went live on June 7, 2024.

This upgrade is a significant step forward in improving our services and ensuring a seamless experience for all our active contractors and members. To facilitate a smooth transition, please follow the key instructions below:

Activation Instructions:

  1. Activate Your Account: All active contractors and members must activate their existing accounts using the password reset email link provided in the Salesforce “Portal Welcome” email sent on June 7, 2024. This email comes from @Salesforce, not from TAUC or NMAPC. Be sure to check your junk mail and spam folders for this important email.

  2. Username Update: The “Portal Welcome” password reset email will contain your current or updated username. Please note that some usernames have been changed. All usernames must now be in the format of an email address, and @taucportap.com has been added to some old usernames.

  3. New Password Requirement: Users cannot use their previous passwords on the new site. After logging in, go to the “My Profile” section in the top right corner to update your contact information.

Important Technical Steps:

  • Safelist Domains: To ensure you receive all future communications, please add the following domains to your company email safe lists: @Salesforce.org and @appmail.formstack.com.

  • Allow Our Websites: Make sure to allow our websites:

  • Update Bookmarks: If you have bookmarks for NMAPC work hours reporting, filing SER, or pay fees pages, please update them as these pages have moved.

Additional Information:

  • Staff Lists: Currently, the site shows all current and former staff members under the staff lists. This will be corrected in the coming days.
  • Sorting Criteria: There are new default “Sort” criteria on most pages. To change them, click on the black triangles above the lists.
  • Adding New Users: To add new users to your account, please email info@tauc.org.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this transition. This upgrade is designed to enhance your experience and provide you with better services.
Should you have any questions or need assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your continued support.

Best regards, The NMAPC Team.
