2021 marks the fiftieth anniversary of the National Maintenance Agreements (NMA) and the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee, Inc. (NMAPC). We are excited to celebrate this milestone with our signatory contractors, building trades partners, owner-clients and the entire union construction and maintenance industry!
