Representatives from the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee, Inc., traveled to Portsmouth, Ohio, on Nov. 20 to speak to the Tri-State Building Trades Council.

More than 125 owners, union contractors and labor representatives attended the presentation, reflecting the growing perception that the NMA is the agreement of choice in industrial construction and maintenance.
