THIRD Notice NMAPC Administrative Fees have been E-Mailed
2025 NMAPC Administrative fees were due on January 31, 2025. If your company has not paid its administrative fee(s), your account is delinquent.
Contractors WILL NOT be able to file Site Extension Requests (SER's) if administrative fees have not been paid.
Copies of third-notice invoices were E-mailed on April 1, 2025 to all contractors whose payments have not been received by NMAPC or who have not filed a notice to terminate their Agreement(s). The third-notice copy follows two prior invoices e-mailed to contractors primary or billing, contact(s) on Dec. 20, 2024 and Feb. 14, 2025, respectively.
Since 2022, the NMAPC operates under an electronic invoicing system and has phased out paper invoices. It is critically important that we have an up-to-date email for your primary and or billing contact(s). Either update your billing contact on our website www.NMAPC.org or contact us at info@nmapc.org or (703) 841-9707 to make updates, or if you need your username/password.
Fees can be paid by credit card by logging in to www.NMAPC.org, or by mailing a check. Please email info@nmapc.org or call (703) 841-9707 if you need your username and password

Contractors are required to login to www.NMAPC.org and submit a termination notice for their agreement(s) if they do not wish to use the NMA this calendar year.
