Reminder: Report your 3rd Qtr. work hours

It is time to report your 2012 Third Quarter Work Hours (covering July through September).

Contractors that are signatory to the National Maintenance Agreements are contractually obligated to report their work hours online at Work hours must be reported for all work done under the NMA.

You may submit work hours either by Site Extension Request (SER) or by Project Without a Site Extension Request.

Zero work hours for the quarter also must be reported!

There are a number of online reporting features that you can take advantage of upon filing your work hours, and they include:

  • Ability to report on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Ability to edit submissions
  • Ability to add new work hours
  • New charts and graphs display all your reported work hours

Once you have logged in at, go to the heading "Work Hours" located in the right center of the screen, then select the way you would like to report your hours. The next page will ask you to confirm the data entry option of your choice.

All work hour reporting is now processed online; quarterly work hour reporting forms are no longer mailed. A copy of the paper form is still available online by clicking on the "Agreements and Reference" link located on the NMAPC homepage.
